You might miss it… I think they have upgraded and cleaned it up and now its called Parque Bio Saudável da Luz… hummm ok, well this exercise park is really close to the beach, next to the Rua da Várzea (one of the main streets to the beach), it’s a nice outdoor exercise park with plenty of machines, benches and water, it used to be a bit of a green area, It’s still kinda is, but it could use a bit more trees, but compared with the other exercise park in Monte de Lemos this is way more shaded and nicer, even if next to a busy street.
This is nice for a quick workout before the beach or after a day at the beach ;D Like any other public park it’s open 24/7 ;D
