The exercise park sits in a somewhat challenging location that requires visitors to venture uphill from the town center of Praia da Luz. This positioning, while requiring more effort to access, actually can become part of the fitness experience itself, hehehe. The journey to reach the park serves as an excellent warm-up, with the uphill walk/run providing a good cardiovascular preparation for your workout session ;D
Also the route takes a bit you away from the bustling beachfront and into the peaceful hills that characterize this beautiful part of Luz. As you make your way up, you’ll be rewarded with increasingly impressive views of the coastline and the town below.
