The Lagos Book Fair (Feira do Livro) is back in the heart of the city, with another edition full of books, stories, authors, traditional games, music, and plenty of fun for the whole family.

From August 3rd to 15th, in Praça do Infante, from 7pm to midnight, visitors can enjoy this cultural event in the municipality.

In addition to the sale of books and games, this year’s edition once again presents a diverse program, with the presence of several authors of works dedicated to children and adults, exhibitions, a storytelling session, living statues, and much more.

The Praça do Infante will be further enriched by the Lagos World Music Fest event on August 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th, starting at 9:30pm. This festival aims to celebrate the cultural diversity of what is heard around the world, combining books and music, enlivening the Lagos Book Fair happening in the same location.

On August 12th, starting at 10pm, the Quinteto da Orquestra de Jazz do Algarve (Algarve Jazz Orchestra Quintet) will take the stage.
