The beloved XXII FETAAL – Feira de Tradições e Artes do Algarve returns to enchant visitors this summer, transforming the picturesque village of Bensafrim into a vibrant celebration of Portuguese heritage. From August 8-10, 2025, the Parque Urbano de Bensafrim will come alive with three magical evenings showcasing the very best of Algarvian traditions.
This cherished annual festival, organized by the União das Freguesias de Bensafrim e Barão de São João with support from Câmara Municipal de Lagos, offers visitors an authentic taste of rural Portugal. Starting at 6:00 PM each evening, guests can wander through stalls brimming with traditional sweets, regional delicacies, and handcrafted arts that capture the essence of the Algarve’s rich cultural tapestry.
The fair’s relaxed atmosphere makes it perfect for families and visitors of all ages.
