These accolades underscore our commitment to providing a superb and inclusive beach experience for everyone.
Uh we are a multi-award-winning beach, but we all know that everyone in Praia da Luz does their best to have a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone that visits us every year, and we just keep improving! :D

Blue Flag: Its a international eco-label signifies high standards in environmental management, water quality, safety, and services at beaches and marinas.
Praia Acessível (Accessible Beach): This Portuguese award recognises beaches that provide excellent accessibility conditions and facilities for people with reduced mobility.
Qualidade de Ouro (Gold Quality): Awarded by the environmental association Quercus, this seal distinguishes beaches with consistently excellent bathing water quality over the preceding five years.
Quality Coast: An international certification that assesses and promotes the sustainable development of coastal tourist destinations, considering environmental, socio-economic, and cultural criteria.
